- What is your return policy?
We aim for your complete satisfaction. If the products is broken or has some manufacturing defect, you can return it hassle-free within 3 days.
- What is your delivery time?
For Delhi NCR, expect delivery in 2-3 working days; outside Delhi, delivery takes 5-8 working days.

- I received a damaged product. What should I do?
Send images to cs@bodhigift.com within 2 days and our customer service team will guide you for the further process.
- What if I’m not satisfied with the product I received?

- What if my order isn’t delivered due to incorrect details or refusal?
Returned packages due to these reasons get a gift card of product amount (excluding shipping charges).
- Can I get a B2B GST Invoice for my order?
Yes surely a B2B GST Invoice can be provided for orders above INR 1500. For orders below INR 1500 a B2B Invoice is not possible.
Request for B2B orders GST invoice must be placed on or before last day of month.

- What if I choose not to accept the order after dispatch?
For such cases, we issue a gift card for the product amount (excluding shipping charges).
- What if the package is wrongly marked as delivered?
Report within 2 days; we’ll investigate and resolve. We prioritize your order’s safe delivery.
